A stunning Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) report on Prime Minister Medvedev’s [photo top] agenda at the World Economic Forum (WEF) this week states that Russia will warn President Obama that the “time has come” for the world to know the truth about aliens, and if the United States won’t participate in the announcement, the Kremlin will do so on its own.
The WEF (The Forum) is a Swiss non-profit foundation, based in Cologny, Geneva and describes itself as an independent international organization committed to improving the state of the world by engaging business, political, academic and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.
The Forum is best known for its annual meeting in Davos, a mountain resort in Graubünden, in the eastern Alps region of Switzerland. The meeting brings together some 2,500 top business leaders, international political leaders, selected intellectuals and journalists to discuss the most pressing issues facing the world, including health and the environment.
Medvedev is scheduled to open this years Forum where as many as 50 heads of government, including Germany’s Angela Merkel and Britain’s David Cameron, will attend the five-day meeting that begins on 23 January.

A television viewer in the UK thought he noticed something odd flash across the screen last evening, and lucky for us, his DVR was running and he was able to post the strange capture to a forum. After a bit of back and forth rewinding, he managed to pause it at just the right second, presenting us with what he believes is a “very weird subliminal message”.
The flash, which was broadcast on Comedy Central during a commercial break for the Mr. Bean episode “Goodnight, Mr. Bean”, contains a huge block of text impossible to read unless paused, with several of the words highlighted as though important. Even weirder, is that it seems to be an ode to financially troubled record store HMV. The caps locked text reads about the “shared experience” of visiting the record store with your “tribe”, and ends with the question of whether or not one can “fight progress”.
The highlighted words are VOICE, MEMORIES, COLLECTION, JOY, EXPERIENCE, and PROGRESS.

Izvestia reports that China has a record number of UFO scientific and community-based organizations. There are many who even attempt to establish some sort of a contact with extraterrestrials. Their actions are protected by the National Society of the Extraterrestrial Studies, which was founded 25 years ago. This National Society is financed by the government.
Only professional scientists and engineers are allowed members in the Society. A person also required to have Ph.D. in science and have several published works about UFOs. About a third of all members of the society are also members of the Government of China.
The study and civic appreciation of Extraterrestrials are NOT systematically marginalized as the case in the industralized West, which tries to use dogma to ridicule community and academic UFO research initiatives, and also the work of 'Exopolitics' groups.

Process of law failed on so many accounts in the trial against the two operators of The Pirate Bay, its media spokesperson, and a fourth unrelated person that it’s hard to get a bird’s-eye view. This trial was characterized by first deciding that the operations were criminal, then finding somebody to punish, and finally trying to determine a criminal act they could be held accountable to. In any civilized country where process of law works, the exact reverse order is followed.
First, we know that the United States ordered the shutdown and trial of The Pirate Bay. This was confirmed by Swedish Public Television, showing how the then-Swedish Minister of Justice Thomas Bodström had been in contact with the US State Department through intermediaries.
Then, in the raid on May 31, 2006, the Police emptied an entire server hall and didn’t just seize The Pirate Bay. In an apparently deliberate attempt to create a public fear of association, almost 200 mom-and-pop stores got their servers seized in collateral damage. The copyright lobby’s reps were quoted as saying, “you should be careful with where you place your servers”. (Later, some constitutionally protected servers – registered news publications – were actually given back, but not before a judge had intervened hard. Other servers, such as The Pirate Bureau’s discussion forum, remained in seizure.)
To further create a fear of association, the police harassed the site’s legal counsel by forcibly sampling and registering their DNA for any and all future use.
The lead investigator with the Police for the case, Jim Keyzer, was hired by Warner Brothers, one of the plaintiffs, before finishing the investigation and while still on notice with the Police, and was already hired by Warner when conducting the hearings and wrapping up the investigation. This is a textbook bribe, which is why you will find many Swedish blogs referring to “the bribed policeman Jim Keyzer” (den mutade polisen Jim Keyzer). The Swedish then-Minister of Justice Beatrice Ask commented on the case: “it’s positive that our policemen are hired from outside the Police Authority. That indicates they’re attractive”.
The presiding judge in the District Court, Tomas Norström, picked the case to himself. This is not supposed to be possible, but he argued that his court department (which specialized in copyright monopoly cases) should have the case, and he just happened to be the only available judge there. Norström was a signed-up member in the Swedish Association For Copyright, just like all the plaintiffs were, as well as a board member in The Swedish Association for Protection of Intellectual Property, giving him a political as well as a possible social interest in the outcome of the case and making him textbook corrupt. (This is why you see a lot of Swedish blogs discuss “the corrupt judge Tomas Norström”.)

Filling in for George, John B. Wells welcomed the man code-named Cobra, who for 35 years has been in contact with an underground movement, resisting the dark forces attempting to control humanity. UFO contactee Rob Potter also joined the discussion about the nature of the dark forces, the havoc they have wreaked on Earth, and how the resistance movement is on the brink of a major breakthrough. Potter spoke about a recent trip to Egypt that he and Cobra led, and how they conducted meditations and "activations" at sites such as the Sphinx, and captured some unusual photographs of orbs, and other objects. They lit the Queen's Chamber at the Great Pyramid with a rose quartz crystal and Cobra started speaking in Pleiadian, he reported.
Joining the show for about an hour, Cobra chose to speak with his voice masked by electronic modulation due to safety concerns. He described his contacts with an advanced underground civilization, the "Agartha Network," who are connected with the Pleiadians and other ET races. This network is helping to stabilize the situation on Earth, and has prevented WWIII and nuclear attacks from occurring, he explained. Cobra, who also claims to be in communication with beings from Planet X that are assisting in the resistance movement, said we are nearing the time when a galactic prophecy will unfold-- "a galactic network of light will be completed, and darkness will be no more."
Potter filled in details on the identity of some of the dark forces. There are free floating Reptilian forms in the astral plane that have the ability to attach themselves to human auras and create negative, emotional conflicts, he said, as well as 'Archons,' beings mostly from the Orion system that have incarnated as humans and infiltrated positions of power. Potter and Cobra believe that Pleiadian technologies developed by the late Fred Bell, such as pyramid crystals and lasers can help the heal the planet.
RFID School Ruling
First hour guest, privacy advocate Katherine Albrecht reported that a court decision had been announced in the San Antonio school chipping case. High school student Andrea Hernandez lost her bid challenging her suspension, which she received for refusing to wear an RFID card around her neck. She'd claimed that the RFID card was the "Mark of the Beast" and objected to wearing it on religious grounds. Albrecht commented that the RFID technology, which is used to track students' whereabouts at all times, creates a police state mentality, and won't eliminate the threat of gun violence when it comes from students themselves. She also suggested that wearing an RFID lanyard, which contains an active electronic transmitter, is a health risk, particularly to developing children and teens.
“In the suite, the visitors should feel like they are a part of a story, that something is going on around them and that they are involved. The whole room becomes a stage, where the visitor is the actor.”
The crystal clear “beams” were carved from blocks of ice pulled from the Torne River, a place that the duo suggests has “the clearest ice in the world”.
“The room invites the visitors to participate not only by it’s visual design, but also by letting them partially enter one of the beams to get beamed up, or by lying down in the lit up and hovering bed.”
No word yet on whether the “participation” includes complimentary anal probes.

Yesterday I blogged about the Italian central bank’s suspension of electronic transactions into and out of Italy, and about one possible macro-scenario with two basic versions of interpreting that action, based upon the following short article in Great Britain’s Daily Telegraph:
My reasoning yesterday was based on the basic implied premise that the Vatican was not yet completely nor wholly integrated into the power structure as the Western oligarchs wish it to evolve.
However, as readers of my new book Covert Wars and Breakaway Civilizations will be quite aware, there are pressing reasons to be argued that this “complete integration” occurred and was accomplished in the immediate post-war period. Chiefly, there are three main reasons I advance there for this integration:
The Vatican was intimately involved with the CIA both in rigging the 1948 Italian elections and in funneling the money for this covert operation. This money was part of the hidden system of finance that I argue in that book was put into place after World War Two. As such, the Vatican was a principal actor in that system and it had intimate knowledge of it;
Major high ranking hierarchs within the Vatican curial machinery appear to have known of and participated in massive securities forgery during the period that this system of finance was in play, and moreover, intimate that the USA or its agencies were also involved;
Additionally, as is now well-known, various members of the Secretariat of State were involved in helping to establish the postwar ratlines for fleeing Nazis, inclusive of operations to launder Axis plunder.
Viewed in this way, the Vatican’s relationship with the City of London, Wall Street, and more importantly, Western and American intelligence, would have been intimate during the postwar period, which throws the Italian Central Bank’s decision into a rather different light, beholden as it is to the European Union bureaucrats in Brussels, and their hidden masters in the City of London and Frankfurt. In this reading, the two principals – the Vatican and the Italian central bank – are both integrated with those other financial centers of power, and hence, the action may be interpreted either as theater, as we did yesterday, or as a signal of factional infighting...........read all
